Ok folks,
Now, it is official. Just got a confirming mail from the brewer Alexandre Dumont, and an additional confirmation from Casimir Elsen (Zythos) !
More details:
The brewery is an infusion system, and the capacity per brew is from 10 hl, 30 hl fermentation in 2 vats, and 30 hl maturation in 3 vats.
The production is de "IV Saison", which is a real seasonal beer, brewed according old traditions, at the brewer's farm, only with malt, hop, yeast and water (the 4 basis products). => No addition of sugar, no spices or herbs, no artificial aroma or chemical products... The "IV Saison" is a comeback of the old taste of beer: much bitter, alot hoppy (aroma of hops)

De "IV Saison" of "Four Seasons" is the first brand of the new brewery. The label is designed by Fran?ois Schuiten and he has asked for the brewers' presence during the inauguration of his new strip book "La Th?orie du Grain de Sable" at the bookstore "Br?sel". The only link with the exposition is Fran?ois Schuiten, and the brewery's product is not brewed only for this exposition.

This beer is already available at:
- de Bier Temple, Grasmarkt 56B te 1000 Brussel
- bij Beermania, 400 bi?re sp?ciale, Ch?e de Wavre 174 te 1050 Brussel
- bij D?lices & Caprices, rue des bouchers, 68 te 1000 Brussel
- etc (the sales are just begun, and the beer will be available soon at more places)

All details in previous posting (address, e-mail, tel., name) are correct.

In the mean time, this new Belgian brewery has been added to the brewery list.
Again: GOOD news !
Cheers,
Filip
