I love this book! I\'m 19 and i\'ve always been a fan of trying new beers. I bought this book yesterday and me and my boyfriend decided to try every beer in that book! (and 133 other ones that we found which aren\'t in the book) ofcourse that\'s gonna take us some years :) but that\'s the plan :) tomorrow we start with \'Aardmonnik\' en \'Oerbier\' at the Kulminator (Antwerp) when we\'re visiting the \'boekenbeurs\'! I\'m looking forward to it! :)

PS buy the book! :)

A GOOD decision Katrien. Be aware, there\'s 756 beers in that book. Makes it about 2 different Belgian beers per day ! A tough challenge
Cheers,

wow...if i understand correctly, the book is available in english? or has english in it for each beer, kind of like a dual-language thing? if so, is it available from any USA bookstores/retailers?

thanx!

My friend from Ieper, Diederik Vandenbilcke, sent me the book recently. It is beyond all my expectations! I\'ll need to put wheels and a leash on it when I travel around Flanders, it is heavy!. I did notice an omission, Chimay Cinq Cents -unless that is the export name for Chimay Triple. This book is a treasure.

I have noticed two missing beers so far, Chimay Cinq Cents, and Paschendaele. I have had many Paschendaele beers in the town near Ieper where they have a town brewery.

Yes, Cinq Cents is Chimay White, at least here in the States.

Cheers!
