Last Sunday, Katrien and I decided to pay De Bolzak a visit again.
Our last visit was already done for a very long time, and that period, the place didn't run that well.
Older people running the business with the idea to finish.
We couldn't have any food too, and the vibe wasn't there anymore.
But see, things have changed to the better.
I notice that young people have taken over the business by now, and new life has been injected
The building itself didn't change for a bit, incl. the interior.
Nice to notice they still offer that excellent Keyte Dobbel Tripel (9.2 vol%) for a great price (€4.20)
Mainly older people (like me) visit this tavern.
This is relaxing quality time folks. No hurry, no stress
There's even the possibility to play that typical Belgian tap-billiard game. Fun guaranteed !
The menu (https://www.bolzak.be/menu/) shows quite some democratic prices (much cheaper than centre Bruges).
A great food section too at also very acceptable prices. Nothing expensive here.
And still, the quality is outstanding !!
It's clear that we will pay De Bolzak much more often an ejoyable visit
